Terms and Conditions
- Orders WILL NOT be processed without a Purchase Order. To avoid delays, please include the following information on your PO:
- Part # and/or Description
- Pricing
- Drawing Revision # (if applicable)
- The price is quoted per the stated specification only. When Ad-Tech Industries, Inc. receives a purchase order for the quoted part(s), it is understood the quoted paint specifications are approved for processing the part(s). Any special request that was not noted on the quote request may incur an additional fee.
- A print must be sent in with the purchase order the first-time job is received and when there is a revision level change. Orders cannot be processed until the print is received.
- A purchase order will be required to order any paint that is not currently in stock at Ad-Tech Industries, Inc. An invoice will be sent for the balance of this paint if it is not used within one year.
- All parts will be returned in similar shipping containers in which received. Shipping containers should allow extra space for the coated parts’ larger size. Special wrapping or packaging will be at extra charge.
- Ad-Tech Industries, Inc reserves the rights to reject any material that it deems inappropriate to coat and obtain desirable results. The customer is responsible for all charges to prepare the material to make it acceptable for coating.
- Buyer shall pay all taxes (including, without limitation, any and all federal, state or local sales, use, or similar taxes) on the goods, or the Buyer shall provide Ad-Tech Industries, Inc. with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities.
- Payment terms and credit limits are subject to change and will be reviewed at time of part(s) received.
- Buyer shall have no right to return goods for credit, cancel existing orders or delay acceptance of delivery except with sellers’ prior written consent, and upon such terms as may indemnify seller against all loss and expense.
- Ad-Tech Industries, Inc is not the insurer of the buyers’ material while it is on our premise and shall not be held liable for loss or damage due to theft, vandalism, war, fire, flood, wind damage or any act of God while these materials are in our possession.
Minimums each time part(s) are received:
- Powder – $100.00, per color, provided the received part(s) can be run with other parts in house of the same color. If the received part(s) cannot be run with other parts in house, there is a $500.00 minimum per color.
- E-Coat – $75.00
- Wet Paint – $75.00 set up fee
- En Plating – $75.00
