About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help provide outstanding service to our customers and support our company’s fast growth!


While reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will work closely with our Management and Operations teams to create proposals and provide information to our customers. They will provide support, information, and guidance to our customers through gathering, understanding, and preparation of information required to accurately provide a quotation. In addition, the ISR will maintain customer information, account information, product specification, and pricing information in our CRM program. They will also be involved in resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. ISR will coordinate selling activities as a whole and will at times be required to visit existing clients and new clients in person to secure additional business.


Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include, but is not limited to:

  • Achieve or exceed established sales objectives.
  • Reviews and understands part drawings, requirements, and specifications related to client requests for quotation or purchase orders.
  • Also verifies pricing, timeline, feasibility, and appropriateness of the application.
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all required paperwork submitted for internal quotation review.
  • Presents quotation within 24 hours of customer’s RFQ.
  • Assist customers with general questions and technical advice on general applications and services provided by Ad Tech.
  • Establish customer relationships through timely phone calls and email correspondence as well as occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Cultivate and expand new and existing relationships – learn more about our customers and how we can better serve them.
  • Contact key accounts on a regular, pre-planned schedule.
  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions through Ad Tech’s customer database system.
  • Provide plant tours for existing and potential customers.
  • Keep updated on industrial coatings, painting, and finishing applications and technologies.


Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 3-year experience with daily customer interactions or customer relations.
  • Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Industrial Coatings experience is a plus but not required.
